Your own apartment in our Minneapolis building, with support hours set in your plan.
In-Home Support
One-on-one support in your own home. Staff help with daily routines, household tasks, appointments, and the skills you want to build.
Homemaking
Help with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal prep, so you can keep your home the way you want it.

Integrated Community Support (ICS)
Independent Living with Built-In Support
Residents live in their own apartment in our Minneapolis building. Each person’s support hours are set in their plan with their case manager, based on their assessment. Support can be on-site or remote, depending on what the person chooses. We offer tours of our ICS building.
